Stephen is an experienced and highly qualified teacher, having taught in settings in IDACI deprived areas. Stephen has an exemplary knowledge of building curricula at all levels and can support in this with any subject. 

Stephen is experienced in the both the state and private sector and holds a Masters in Arts, Specialising in education. Stephen has an outstanding track record in achieving results within the settings in which he works and has significant experience in embedding change and developing culture, ethos and behavior management strategies in many different settings. 

As an proponent of the works of Doug Lemov and many others - Stephen is at the cutting edge of what makes good practice within education.
