The Golden Age of Hollywood: Concert Works for Violin and Piano - An Informal Review

This album has been on my wishlist for a few months now! The main reason being I simply love Korngold's Suite from Much Ado About Nothing. Having been delayed in my purchase it arrived yeasterday and simply had to listen to it straight away. It was quite simply a joy to behold. I had hoped to read a book at the same time but this was not possible. The performances are captivating and so well recorded and the order of the repertoire is well thought out, leading to a climactic ending! I would definately recomend a purchase of this album.
